Consumer unit upgrades
Old wireboards swapped for modern RCBO units. EICR certification included. Usually a one-day job, lights back on by tea.
Full & partial rewires
Lath-and-plaster houses, period properties, kitchens, extensions. We chase walls properly and make good before we leave.
Smart-home wiring
Hue, Lutron, Loxone, Crestron. Plus the underlying CAT6, network points, and proper structured cabling that doesn't come back to bite you.
Commercial & retail fit-outs
Restaurants, salons, offices, retail units. Out-of-hours work where it matters, certified to BS 7671. We work with your fit-out company.
EICR & landlord certs
Full Electrical Installation Condition Reports. Five-year landlord certificates. PAT testing for short-let portfolios. Same-week turnaround.
